"Having former female college/university and professional players transition to coaching or development roles is vital for the continued growth of the women's game. Young girls should be able to gain the knowledge and experience from women who have played at the highest levels and apply that in a safe and inclusive environment, allowing them to thrive and grow, not just as hockey players but as people."
